We had a lovely 2 nights at this hotel with our pup. The staff was exceptionally friendly in every interaction. I was impressed. I made the mistake of coming off the beach still a little drippy for the breakfast, and the staff could have given me a hard time about it (I was in error) but they were gracious and accommodating and mopped up after me. No outdoor swim pool, just indoors. We had a great experience! Many dog-friendly outdoor seating restaurants within walking distance. I'd go back.

Second time traveling with our pups & it was GREAT!! We had one of the newly renovated rooms, very clean!! The staff was super friendly!! The breakfast was good. Great location, just below the pier & the view was amazing!!!!! 10/10 would recommend; we will always come back here for future trips!

Staff was not particularly friendly or ready to assist. Of 2 elevators one was working. Hallways dark and dingy with stained carpets and musty smell. Room also had strong smell of powdery freshener as it to cover up the smell. Indoor pool but very strong chlorine smell. Breakfast was not worth the trouble - fruit was like canned fruit, yogurt evidently was not put on ice so like milk in a cup. I gave one bone bc the coffee was good and the view was beautiful which we paid $300 for. WORST hotel experience I can ever remember. Oh and ice machine not working on our floor!!
