Enjoy rocket launches, historic cocoa village, beaches (9 min drive), and theme parks (50 min drive). This vintage apartment complex is located in historic cocoa village right off the river. Be within steps of all the shops and restaurants cocoa village has to offer! A recently renovated unit that is freshly furnished and decorated to keep the charm of the vintage building.
