House with private pebble tech pool and waterfall. (NOT HEATED !) Pool area is gated. Backyard with mature trees and a lawn area. One RV parking spot. 2.5 car garage and additional carport.
House was built in the late 60s when Apache Junction was still a small village and the only way how to
get there was a dirt road. It was remodeled a few years ago. It has approximately 2100 sf.

There is a 4 guest maximum for this property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Children are also welcome.
Prohibited Use
Sorry, party animals. Events are strictly prohibited at this property. Smoking is not allowed.
House Rules
Smoking allowed outdoors. Absolutely no smoking inside the house. No third party bookings. Guests will keep the entrance doors locked and the garage door closed during their stay, even when leaving only for a short time. Guests will not bring any firearms onto the premises.
