Description
1920's era lake produces hydroelectricity. Several summer camps and many second homes and small beach area surround 300 acre lake with very limited public access. 20 ft. pontoon boat possibly available for modest instructional fee. Tiny / picnic house under construction with 8 ft deck on two sides. Decent size but small fenced playground for several dogs. Two RV hook-ups offer water and septic system. Electric available with extension cord to house with 20 amp circuit with two distinct receptacles.
