The large property with the wonderful unobstructed view, the perfect location for hikes and activities and the wonderful facilities meet all requirements for a relaxing holiday.
Not only is there enough space for family and friends in the over 40 m² living and dining area, but also a cozy tiled stove, which releases a very special warmth. The underfloor heating on the ground floor ensures comfortably warm feet.
The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living and dining area with light. Step out onto the over 35 m² sun terrace and let yourself be pampered by the sun and be amazed by the unique view. The high-quality grill and the beautiful garden furniture invite you to delicious barbecue evenings.
Of course, the new, open kitchen in this impressive holiday home is also a real gem. Equipped with light-colored furniture and new built-in appliances, as well as plenty of space, the food tastes even better.
Of course, this chic holiday home has 2 bathrooms. The bathroom with sink, toilet and shower is on the ground floor. Upstairs the bathroom with sink, toilet and shower tray.
You can easily find a restful sleep in the 3 cozy bedrooms with equally modern furniture and comfortable beds with hygienic mattress protectors.
On the large balcony on the upper floor you can also enjoy the fantastic view.
There are 2 parking spaces for your cars directly at the holiday home and 2 more at the entrance to the property. Your children can really let off steam on the large meadow in front of the house. Our street is a dead end where your children can play relaxed. At the end of the street there is a large, great playground with soccer field, table tennis, several slides and swings, a cable car, sandpit, houses and seesaws.
Our two approx. 120 sqm holiday homes Helene and Natalie offer space for up to 14 people. Ideal for family celebrations. Also take a look at our other holiday home Helene under property number 503642.
