Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 PM and must check-out by 11 AM.

Private One Bedroom Cottage in the village of Dillon Beach. Wide open views of the Pacific Ocean from Pt. Reyes National Seashore to Bodega Bay. Just a very short walk to the beach. Convenient location near the Dillon Beach Store and Cafe. Enjoy watching the waves, kite surfers and sunsets from our large deck. The home is just becoming available this summer after a complete renovation. You'll have all the modern conveniences including DirecTV, WiFi, Gas Fireplace and all new kitchen appliances and bathroom. The cottage is perfect for a couple looking to relax and enjoy the beach. Well behaved pets are accepted.
