Large Luxury Villa with Spectacular Sea View Near Platja de la Grava
South-facing; private. Bordering on the Montgó Nature Park, thereby affording seclusion and tranquillity. Excellent road links and infrastructure connections. Spectacular sea-view. Views of the bay, the coastal landscape and the local mountain of Jávea, the Montgó. A flat plot of land of around 1200m2. The large land scaped garden invites to barbecues or meditate on the outside Bed. You can also just let the breeze swing you gently on the hammock or swing chair until you fall asleep. The huge terraces invite to have a cool drink (in the shade) or get a tan in the sun. Your whole fammily will have fun in the large 10x5 pool while enjoying the view on the bay of Javea. Inside 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, distributed on nearly 350m2 provide all necesary comfort. Modern estate with large panoramic glass front. Elegant Villa. Each floor has its own separate entrance, but there is also an internal staircase. The ground-floor living room has 100sq m, the first floor living room 60sq m.
For those that have to work during the stay. Since June 2023 we installed a 5G router which provides internet speeds of more than 100mb/sec. Simultaneous Video streaming and conference calls of all guests is not a problem.
