      Perfect Stay

      I recently stayed at The Homestead and although I did not have my dog with me, there were other guests who did and I will be returning with my furry companion soon. Many of the ground floor pet-friendly rooms have their own entrances so you can easily take your dog out to do their business as needed without interrupting other guests or trudging through the house in your pajamas in the middle of the night which is when my dog seems to always have to go when we're away from home.

      The grounds around the inn are lovely, lots of yard and poo pick-up stations available and the house is so comfortable, spacious bedrooms, luxury linens and bedding, lots of off-street parking, great breakfasts and tons of coffee or tea options. Best of all, the head canine at the inn, Heartman is friendly and sweet. I watched him play with another guest's poodle and he was a fine friend. The Madison area is filled with things to do, a great getaway, next time I'll bring my dog.
