Quiet, cozy, end of the road private and serene acreage views. Enjoy one mile of red River frontage, sand bar beaches, picnic area, and hiking trails throughout. Wildlife galore. Enjoy the sights and sounds of a working Agricultural farm and leave your city stress behind. 20 Minutes to Paris Texas and 9 miles to the Choctaw Casino and your favorite restaurants. Great Ag Land and River views from your back porch and a great place to get away and enjoy the serenity of the Sun rising and setting over the River's edge.
