The home offers an exceptional location for golf enthusiasts, situated just a short stroll from the Quivira Clubhouse and overlooking several fairways. Experience tranquility, sophistication, and functionality in this home, designed to offer you the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

The outdoor area features a private pool, a Jacuzzi, and a fire pit. A built-in BBQ, making the space suitable for entertaining or enjoying peaceful moments in a comfortable and well-designed setting.

* Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, wine fridge, ice maker, countertop breakfast bar with 4 high benches. Dishwasher, appliances, pans, casseroles, crockery and cutlery, and everything you need to cook your own meals to make you feel at home.

* Private large infinity pool with Jacuzzi overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Golf Course. Pool heating is available for a $100usd fee per day. Please advise if you will require this service at least 24 hrs. in advance.

* Fire pit area overlooking the ocean. Comfortable cushions and warm atmosphere.

* A/C in all rooms.

* Parking space is available for 3 cars in front of the property.

Large walk-in closet. Large floor to ceiling sliding pocket glass windows that open to give you access to a terrace leading to the private pool area, Jacuzzi, fire pit and outdoor family terrace. * BEDROOM 2: Spacious room with two Queen Beds with full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, private room for WC and double granite sink. Large closet. Access to the main living and dining area. Equipped with Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Ceiling fan. Polish tile floors and neutral tones. Enough space to set up two queen or double inflatable mattresses.

* BEDROOM 3: Access next to the kitchen and adjacent to the internal courtyard. One King Bed with full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, private room for WC and double granite sink. Large closet. Equipped with Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Ceiling fan.

* BEDROOM 4: Lock off bedroom with access to the courtyard and main vestibule, giving full privacy but integrated into the main villa entertaining area. 1 King Size Bed. Full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, private room for WC and double granite sink. Large closet. Equipped with Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Ceiling fan.

LAUNDRY

* Private room located next to the kitchen with washer and dryer.

* Cleaning products for the house. There are no cleaning products for personal use.

* The exterior of the villa is a private area with plenty of room to spread out and relax in the warm Mexican sun, the outdoor lounge area includes:

o Large infinity pool with Jacuzzi. Pool heating is available for a $100usd fee per day. Please advise if you will require this service at least 24 hrs in advance.
o Fire pit surrounded by a concrete bench with comfortable cushions. Located next to the pool.
o Furnished terrace with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean to enjoy the most wonderful colorful sunsets.
o Large furnished grill area with ocean views.
o To enhance the outdoor-oriented lifestyle, the villa is steps away from a garden-park area that runs the length of the community, with a walking path leading to a large pool and lounge area, Jacuzzi, and gymnasium.
o Event center and private grilling areas.

* The villa is professionally managed, fully cleaned, and sanitized before every stay, and for your convenience, it comes with clean linens & bedding, towels, cleaning supplies and products, and everything else you will need for a comfortable stay.
