Beautiful house in the best area and close to universal Studios. 2 Bedrooms and 1 bath in the main house. Large separate recreation room in backyard with Pillow top couch that folds into a bed with full bathroom and TV. Very large back yard with grass area, a professional viking barbecue island and chairs with table for entertaining. House is gated and can fit 2 to 3 cars in drive way.
