Come stay and enjoy the quiet southern hospitality. You will get to see breath taking sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy 76 degree weather in the winter. This is a perfect place to put your feet in the sand, relax, and get away from the cold weather. We hope you will feel at home!
The space
35 x 50 lot size with sewer, water, and wifi
30 / 50 amp electrical hockups
1/3 of lot gravel for RV
1/3 of lot cement with picnic table
and grill
1/3 of lot pavers for extra parking

Campground rules state *NO TENT* camping
**No pop up campers unless self contained and full working bathroom**
In your RV/camper there must be a self contained full working bathroom.

maximum boat length 25' width 5'
RATES INCLUDE UP TO 2 ADULTS, 4 CHILDREN UNDER 18, MAX OF 6 PEOPLE.
MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE PER SITE ONLY, INCLUDING VISITORS & CHILDREN.

THERE IS A $10.00 CHARGE FOR EVERY EXTRA PERSON OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND ALL VISITORS PER DAY.

THERE WILL BE A FEE OF $10.00 one time fee PER PET, MAXIMUM 2 PETS ( EMPTY SITES ONLY), MAX OF 50lbs POUNDS PER PET.

Calusa requires a driver's license and registration of vehicles coming into the campground

Calusa collects a $250.00 security deposit in the office, that is refundable 72 hrs after the departure of guest

THE NAME ON THE REGISTRATIONS MUST MATCH WITH THE RESERVATION DETAILS. VESSELS MUST BE OUT OF THE WATER EVERY SINGLE DAY. PLEASE ALWAYS CALL SECURITY TO OPEN THE BOAT RAMP.

ALL RENTERS WITH BOATS OR TRAILERS FOUND IN COMMON AREA MAY BE TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE.

GOLF CARTS + YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
GOLF CART MUST BE REGISTERED THROUGH THE OFFICE. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE WORKING LIGHTS AND NO GAS OPERATED EQUIPMENT ALLOWED (ELECTRIC ONLY)

OWNERS OF NOISY PETS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS, NO POOPING ON LOTS, ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS.

CHECK OUT MUST BE DONE IN OFFICE, AND ALL DECALS MUST BE RETURNED. OTHERWISE A $25 FEE WILL BE BILLED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
