Could not find staff when checking in. Had to walk property to find them on a smoke break…1st clue. Non smoking room was not. Room smelly. Only 2 small towels and no wash cloths. Room had gritty floor and ants. The room could have been nice but was not. A little run down on that side of town. Not old and charming like most of Prescott.

The people were great, but the room wasn’t. The entire floor was sticky - probably cleaner residue. There were dust bunnies under the bed. The plumbing is old so the drain was sluggish in the shower and there was no hot water. Very quiet.

The room was clean & had some nice upgrades added. You have to walk to either side of the building for a potty spot for the dog(s), but it wasn’t bad. Lots of people hanging around in the evening, but everyone was respectful & quiet by the time I went to sleep. Nice location close to downtown.

Very cool, retro 70s feel. Secure parking area behind a privacy gate, with a very cool, large courtyard. Private outdoor sitting areas for each room. The secure enclosures - from the parking area to the courtyard to the private outdoor sitting area - is great for a dog and peace of mind. Loved the interior of my room. It even had a record player and cache of albums. I’d love to stay there again for two or three days. It can be a little noisy with traffic noise, so best to have earplugs. Joshua Tree is a fun little town.

Always happy when a motel allows dogs. My only complaint is there is not much of an area for your pup to do their business.

Very nice people working here. Had a nice time. Rooms were recently remodeled with fire places too. I would come back!

Horrible experience. Dirty, curtain missing, room stunk like cigs, had to buy candles.
