The Budget Host Platte Valley Inn is a clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel with Satellite TV high-speed wireless internet and a heated swimming pool. We are located along the border of Colorado and Nebraska between US Highway 80 and US Highway 76. We are 3 hours from Denver and about 5 hours from Omaha. If you are traveling by motorcycle and are planning a trip up to the Black Hills we are about 300 miles south of Sturgis -- a perfect one day ride. Check us out. The Platte Valley Inn Restaurant is on the property as well as a heated outdoor pool. We are next to the Colorado Welcome Center and less than 2 miles from a Historic Pony Express Stop the NHRA Julesburg Drag Strip and the South Platte River Trail. Lake McConaughy is just minutes away. With Migratory and Upland Bird Hunting Whitetail Deer Hunting and State Public Hunting Areas hunting is exceptional in our area. Hunters Motorcyclists and Drag Racers Welcome. Please note front desk hours of operation are 7am to 11pm daily.
