Clean, comfortable, great amenities! Vintage building. The exterior of the building is neglected and very overgrown and unkept. Sad. Lobby closed at 6pm. No ice machine. Front desk staff very friendly.

An inexpensive, clean motel on the main drag. Small room but adequate with a refrigerator and microwave.

After running out of another "hotel" in La Grande we had to find a last minute room that would allow two big dogs. Rodeway was very accommodating it was comfortable for the price. It's old and dated, but its clean and comfortable and cheap. Nice neighborhood to walk dogs around behind the property.

I mean it was no best western, but you can’t beat it for the price. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Wish there was a better section for pottying but, we made it work.

We stay here whenever we come to La Grande because we like it! Cons for some people (not us): This is an older hotel next to a Burger King. It is dated. Rooms are somewhat small.
Pros: Walking distance to downtown. In a neighborhood that's historic and nice to walk though. Within walking distance to a beautiful open park and athletic fields. Staff polite and professional. This place was clean and well-kept. - GayleMay 5, 2020Deferred Maintenance
From unweeded flowerbeds, to pink porcelain wall mounted sink and pink tub from the 60’s, to a long black hair stuck to the shower wall, this property is in desperate need of attention. I dared not even take my socks off in this sad place. There was no coffee or clock in the room. An old window covering hang down over wall mounted heater creating a fire hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This is an older, dated place. Dogs are welcome and allowed to stay alone in the room. We had a room with a double queen bed and it was so small and packed with furniture that our dog’s crate only fitted in between the beds. There is almost no room to walk around in the room but everything was clean. Breakfast is served in the reception area but has to be eaten in the room. There are enough grassy areas close by to walk a dog. The motel is close to the city center with nice restaurants and shops.

Quiet. Frig, wifi, small breakfast. The rooms are dated but adequate. We had 2 dogs, one in a medium crate. Everyone fit. Good quiet neighborhood for walks.

Room are good and clean. But are small. We have 2 labs and the room is not big enough for them plus us. The bath tub/ shower is not made for tall people. Beds are comfy.
