Being on the 2nd floor was not dog friendly for me. TV didn’t work.

We stayed on second floor closest to the road which was VERY loud all night long. Another issue, not hotel’s fault, but very loud kids screaming and yelling at 10:30pm. Heard dad out there yelling at kids making it worse. Very unthoughtful guests. Room was clean and adequate. Mary in the office was very sweet. I really enjoyed talking with her. Dog park is VERY small and guests not picking up after them.

It was super easy to make the reservation and the woman was very nice. I appreciated being able to make a reservation on the day I was arriving. The room was nice, except the rug clearly had been previously stained by pets, but there was no odor from this. The dog next door did bark a lot, but not past 7:30 pm, so it didn’t affect our sleep. Overall a good experience.

Generally Big Texan was ok. Room was clean but very noisy. Parking wasn’t abundant close to the room.

2 adults, 2 teenage boys, 1 giant malamute, and 2 huskies. It was nice to have adjoining rooms in this themed motel. Loved the double swinging doors separating the sleeping area from the bathrooms. Roomy, clean, and super easy keyless check-in.

Such a great stay!! We got in too late to eat at the Big Texan but the rooms were SO cute and the AC was awesome. Every room is themed and adorable, there isn't a huge grass area but there is a little dog park spot with turf and a fire hydrant for the puppers. The parking was right in front of the rooms, which I liked. The highway is definitely right next to the hotel so it can get loud but I didn't mind at all, the AC kinda masked that. It was SUPER clean and I will most definitely stay here again!!

For a pass through night on the road this worked out well for us. There are horses and other animals on property. No issues with the other animals but just a heads up! The dog area is small but for the most part clean. We did eat at the Big Texan (I recommend the margaritas). If you are looking for long stay comfort, this isn’t the place. But for a passing through evening, it’s got what you need! We will stay again when traveling through.
