      Great manager

      Apparently, they were having issues with the AC in the rooms I booked. Amber called us and upgraded our rooms so we wouldn’t be put out. I was impressed with the care they took to keep the customer happy.

      Not the best

      Location is decent, hotel is not. I’ve stay in various Country Inn & Suites. This is not their best. Room had an odor, no fridge, and old carpet. Not what I expected. Staff was cordial and great in handling customers creating extreme noise but, but hotel could be maintained better.

      Comfy and clean

      We liked the carpet as well as the couch in our king room. They also offered hot oatmeal rather than the packaged oats. I had to heat up in my room’s microwave the prior day at another hotel.
