Stayed one night due to our cabin having a late check in time of 4pm the following day after arriving in DFW, found this hotel on BringFido specifically for bringing your pets with you. Stayed probably less then 12 hours, checked out as normal, check my credit card two days later and see double the charges on my credit card. Called the hotel and the male representative at the front desk starts claiming we were not to have as many pets as we had and that somehow we stayed at their hotel and should not have been allowed to due to 'having pets' at all. I’m now having to dispute all the charges through my credit card, refused to let me speak to anyone above the front desk, IE manager/home office, refused to refund the additional charges, and hung up on me because they didn’t 'like' that I was upset about any of it. Stay away from here; it wasn’t that special and they charge your card after the fact.
