Whether you cherish indoor serenity or savor the bliss of our backyard oasis, where refreshing lake breezes are ever-present, this waterfront home is the ultimate vacation destination for your group or family.

Whether you delight in quality indoor time, indulging in your favorite movies on the expansive screen, or luxuriate in the sun by the waterside pool and hot tub in our tranquil and secluded backyard, this home offers the perfect fusion of relaxation and family amusement. Moreover, you're just a short drive away from the beach, along with an array of nearby attractions such as golf courses, exquisite restaurants, downtown shopping, Palm Beach Outlets, malls, City Place, Convention Center, Museum of Arts, Kravis Center, parks, and more. Conveniently situated near I-95, commuting is effortless.

OUTDOOR OASIS

- Unwind in the peaceful, fenced backyard and spacious pool deck, equipped with lounges, next to the waterfront pool featuring a sun shelf and hot tub. Our pool utilizes state-of-the-art saltwater technology, courtesy of a salt-chlorine generator, ensuring fewer harsh chemicals in the pool and a gentler experience for your skin.

- Optional Pool & Hot Tub Heating

For added comfort, heating may be added to your reservation for a fee:

• Full Pool & Hot Tub Heating (Year Round) – $59 daily (plus tax and vrbo fee). The pool will be heated up to a comfortable 86°F throughout the day, and the hot tub can be set to your preferred temperature (up to 104°F) and is available daily 3 PM – 10 PM.

• Hot Tub Only Option (Summer: May – October) – $35 nightly (plus applicable tax and vrbo fee), available daily 3 PM – 10 PM.

If opted in, heating fee must be prepaid for the full duration of the stay. If not selected, the pool remains at natural temperature and the hot tub will not be activated.

- For outdoor culinary adventures, we offer a covered Lanai complete with a propane grill, allowing you to sizzle your favorite dishes in the open air. Additionally, there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining, and we provide beach chairs for our guests to take along on their beach excursions.

BEDROOMS

This home features two spacious master suites with private en-suite bathrooms, offering the comfort and convenience of a well-appointed retreat. Every bedroom includes a ceiling fan and 4K Smart HDTV, along with premium towels, linens, and thoughtful amenities to make your stay feel like home.

- Master Suite 1: 1 King bed, with en-suite bathroom

- Master Suite 2: 1 King bed + 1 Eurolounge bed, with en-suite bathroom

- Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds

- Bedroom 4: 1 King bed

- Bedroom 5: 1 King bed

For added flexibility, we provide 2 twin rollaway beds, a portable folding baby crib, a pack and play, and a high chair—all conveniently stored in the bedroom closets.

Please note: The maximum occupancy of 14 guests is based on double occupancy per bed (king and queen beds). No additional beds will be provided beyond what is shown or described in the listing.

Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals:

- Ample counter space with a granite countertop, complete with a sink and garbage disposal.

- Modern appliances, including a dishwasher, electric range, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker.

- All the essential cookware, silverware, cutlery, plates, pots, and pans you require.

- For coffee lovers, we offer both Keurig and drip coffee makers, along with coffee, cream, sugar, and all the essentials.

- Spices galore, including cooking oil, salt, pepper, and various seasonings, are available for your culinary creations.

LAUNDRY

In-house convenience extends to laundry as well, with 2 washers and 2 dryers in the garage at no cost. You'll also find an iron and ironing board in the bedroom closet. Enjoy the convenience of home while you're away!
