Las Islas allows 2 pets of any size for an additional fee of COP 256000 per pet, per stay, plus a refundable deposit of COP 384000. Both dogs and cats are welcome, but exotic pets are not allowed. Please note that pets cannot be left in the room unattended. Food and water bowls are provided in the room. A litter box is provided for guests with cats.

Safe Stay: Las Islas has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Cashless payment is available.
