We book via BF because I take my dog everywhere. If I can't take her somewhere I don't go. 3 days stay, we were upgraded to a suite. My problem is we had breakfast included. I have a small clean galgo girl. Although I took her to every fine and chic restaurant and bar in Innsbruck without an issue, I wasn't allowed to take her to my breakfast with me in the cafe. It caused a lot of trouble as I don't and won't leave her alone in the room, as it isn't familiar and the cleaners coming in could make her bark. Point is the stay was comfortable and great, but don't pay for the breakfast, go out with your pup. Only one brasserie I wasn't allowed. Even places like The Hard Rock, which I never go due to dog policies in the past, have a new policy, just no wet or dirty dogs. Fair enough. For the rest Innsbruck is easy dog travel and this hotel is in an excellent location. It's nice and the staff are friendly.
