We loved our stay at Royal Inn Beach Hotel. Our room was clean and towels refreshed daily. There were several dining options within walking distance for us. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area too.

Just across the street from the beach and in walking distance to several good dog friendly restaurants. They have a nice pool, clean bedding and balconies. Excellent price. Our dog was welcomed as were many others staying in this small Inn.

Just steps from the beach, park and several restaurants. Other than the hotel, the area is not per friendly. Great area for walking and biking. Lighted sidewalks and bike lanes were a real plus.

This was one of the dirtiest rooms we have ever had. Didn’t even stay for the breakfast. People fighting on the floor below us in the middle of the night. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

1 bone for the location, but I wish we would've gone somewhere else. It was crazy overpriced for what we got, which wasn't even what we paid for. We showed up to check-in and they had double-booked our room, didn't give us any prior warning/courtesy call, and just gave us a way smaller bed, but called it an upgrade because there was an extra room in the suite. It was too late to look for somewhere else, and while the front desk lady was nice enough, the manager wasn't willing to fix (or discount) their mistake.

This is a really, really good location if you want a chill spot near the beach. Tough to beat the short walk to the water and great restaurants. The staff is quite friendly.

I stayed on Christmas Eve and Christmas night with my Golden Retriever to visit my family that lives in the area. My room was clean and quiet, there are many large grassy areas to relieve your pup surrounding the property. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach across the street, but it was a rare 45 degrees and windy so we did not attempt. I had read some not so great reviews on other sites regarding this hotel, but my experience was fine. No frills, but this wasn’t a vacation for me - it was a perfect place for me to lay my head with my dog.

I definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who has a pet. The staff was very friendly and hotel room was very clean. We have already booked our next stay in July. Thank you for making our stay very memorable.
