I have a YouTube cooking channel. We have a 3 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a 7 year old Maine Coon Cat. We live in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We stayed at the Waterside Suites in Key Largo on our way to Key West. Our dog Biscuit was treated like royalty. The suite was recently redone and everything was very nice. We went to Alabama Jack’s for a Happy Hour Dinner and it was terrific. The only short side of the place was lots of stairs. The suites are above the parking (which was abundant) and then the bedroom was up a set of very steep narrow stairs.
The balcony was nice and we enjoyed music from the restaurant across the water as we sipped wine on the balcony. We met several other dogs and that was fun.

Very clean and quiet stay. Furnishings were bare bones but just fine. Nice TV and staff. Dog was welcomed and that was the best part.

Just across the street from the beach and in walking distance to several good dog friendly restaurants. They have a nice pool, clean bedding and balconies. Excellent price. Our dog was welcomed as were many others staying in this small Inn.

Our room was nice, but the rest of the hotel needed a deep clean. The hall carpets were seriously stained. The worst part was the entrance. There were hundreds of cigarette butts and lots of trash all around the front entrance. We are staying somewhere else on the way home.
