      Terrible experience

      We drove from WA state to NY state, this was our last stop after 11 hours of driving through 95 degree summer storms and high humidity. Our husky/lab mix is not used to hot and humid weather so we were looking forward to getting settled in the room and making sure he was comfortable. At 10 PM, the first room they gave us didn't have working AC. The front desk man came to take a look and put us up in a new room shortly afterwards. The AC in the new room wasn't turning on. The engineer (who was super nice and helpful) came to take a look and said it should be working within an hour. We didn't have an hour to wait for our dog though, he was rapidly panting, trying to catch his breath so we just started looking for new places after waiting 20 minutes and not feeling any cold out coming out of the AC. Another thing that was concerning about this place was the number of people in the hallways without masks during a global pandemic. We didn't feel safe from any measures they were or were not taking to curb the virus. The only bone given here was for BringFido advocating on our behalf for a refund. Never staying here again.
