The walls and door is paper thin. Our dogs barked every time someone walked by, closed a door or spoke. The neighbor room had their tv on and we could hear what they were watching. Other than that, the room was hardwood/laminate and was an easy clean up for slobber. The room doors connect to a hallway and not a direct door to the outside. So we had to bring everything in. The room came with a few dog treats, 2 bowls and a poop bag. Nice touch!

Easy check in and great amenities, only $25 pet fee for the entire stay. Pet rooms were all together in one area, but you really didn't hear other dogs or humans. Floors were not carpeted which made accidents easy to clean up, dog bowls and treats were in the room when we arrived, and the pet relief area was quick and easy to get to. The cleanliness was excellent! I wouldn't have known that the hallways and rooms had ever had pets in them.
