      Good location

      At check at the hotel they could not find the reservation but saw my confirmation info and we got a room but not on the first floor (which I wanted as we had 2 dogs) but we managed. The next day when checking out the desk clerk did not have us as being in the room we were in. I assured her we were. And later when I got home I got billed again for the night (I paid for the room when the reservation was made a month earlier). When I called the hotel said I was billed as being a no-show which makes no sense as not only were we there but had already paid for the room. They apologized and assured me I would be credited the second charge. The location of the hotel was good, the room was fine and breakfast was very good.

      Not such a great place

      This hotel was just okay. The room was not super clean and just adequate. VERY noisy and we got very little sleep. We only stayed here because it was the only pet friendly hotel in the area and we had business in nearby Hohenwald. Didn't see any other pets in the hotel and it was limited for places to walk them.

      Nice place to stay

      We enjoyed the free breakfast and lovely staff! VERY large room. We stayed in a King standard room. It included a sleeper sofa. 10/10 would stay again!

      Decent property

      I would stay here again. Clean and safe, easy with a dog. Downsides: they charge a $50 cleaning fee plus $15 a night per dog, and very little outside area to walk.
