    Fantastic for dogs & people!

great place to stay. Great service. Love the happy hour with dogs and right in the heart of town. Carmel is a very dog friendly town; lots of restuarants allow dogs on the patio. And the Cypress even offers dog sitters if you need to get a few hours out without your favorite companion

Reservation policy seems geared toward dogs -- weekend stays always require a stay on a "school night" -- great if, like a dog, you don't have to be in class or in the office.
