    Little River Inn

    Little River Inn welcomes two pets of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $30 per pet, per night, but pet-friendly rooms cannot be booked online. Guests with pets must call (707) 937-5942 to request a pet-friendly room. Both dogs and cats are permitted, but pets may not be left in the room unattended. Book the Puppy Love Package and receive a special in-room meal, plus locally-made treats. There are on-leash walking areas with waste stations on the property.

    This classic coastal resort offers magnificent ocean views with all the amenities of a luxury hotel. Little River Inn is surrounded by lush and verdant gardens and peaceful wooded golf course with ocean views. The Inn is also bordered by Van Damme State Beach and Park and is only two miles from Mendocino. The Victorian main manor was constructed 1853 and additional luxury units are spread about the property. Available luxuries include fireplaces, hot tubs, Jacuzzis, and spa services.

      Wonderful stay!

      Our room had a gorgeous view. They are very pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

      Super dog friendly!

      My partner and I stayed here with our two pups in June. They have designated rooms and cottages for people traveling with pets. They even give you a pet welcome basket that includes food and water dishes, treats, towels for the dogs, and sheets to place on their favorite curl-up spots to protect the furniture. Most places do not allow dogs on the furniture. Although we didn’t eat there, there is a designated outdoor area in the restaurant so Fido can eat with you. And Mendocino is dog heaven with tons of trails and beaches to romp on!
