The the owners of the house were very, very welcoming. Very dog friendly made me feel very welcome. If you would like to stay in a very old house and have some history, this is a place to go. They are really dedicated to giving you the bed-and-breakfast experience.

Hosts extra friendly and accommodating for our pet and ourselves. Top shelf cooking for breakfast. Bed comfortable, very clean and house/room filled with antiques.

Charming B&B full of antiques in a beautiful neighborhood of live oaks and old mansions. They truly welcome pets (and children!) rather than just tolerating them, because you are free to leave your dog unattended if they are well behaved.
And this was breakfast: Coffee and tea and cereal obvs, fresh-squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms, bacon/ham/sausages, hash brown casserole, English muffins with 3 different homemade preserves, banana bread, AND 3 different kinds of homemade fried pies. This was served in the style of high tea, on nice porcelain with silver dessert forks and monogrammed cloth napkins. And so tasty that 2h later we are in the car still talking about the perfectly spiced pear preserves!

Easy access to & from room. Really nice historic area to walk my dog safely. Wonderful B & B - Jimmy & Brian were wonderful hosts, highly recommend.

This B&B was so much more than I expected. The owners a friendly and gracious, and upgraded us to their honeymoon suite for free because they only had one other guest. Staying there is like visiting you ancient auntie or great grandmother. There are tons of tchotchkes- many are glass - so I was worried about my big dog’s lethal tail but all was well. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant for walkies. The bed required steps for me, so there was no chance of puppy cuddling, but there were plenty of area rugs. Breakfast was ah-mah-zing. Be sure you leave room for one of Brian’s homemade fried pies.
