We stayed a Friday and Saturday night at the Ramada in Hinton chosen because it is dog friendly. The grassy areas around the property are mostly unkept weeds and garbage with a ton of cigarette butts. They have a picnic table outside without a no smoking sign nor an ashtray so they are all over the grass area and parking lot. I have small dogs so they weren’t thrilled about how long the “grass” was. The halls were also dirty and I had to constantly tell them to “leave it” as they were finding bits of stuff to pick up. The room was cleaner although there was a long black hair stuck to the wall next to the shower. I think we were under the gym or something else similar as there was constant movement and banging which often startled the dogs (and ourselves) especially when we were trying to go to sleep. The ice machine was broken. The pool and hot tub were closed. When I pay $747 to spend 2 nights I do expect better.

Was put in a suite, very clean. Breakfast options were great and staff very nice. Only issue was no insulation between floors and could hear the people above me talking and going to the bathroom all night. Staff at night was also missing at check-in and tried calling front desk several times with no luck. One cat also managed to climb up into the box spring as the covering was torn underneath 🤦🏻♀️ Overall would stay again.

We were happy with our stay at the Hinton Ramada. Everything was as expected and as advertised. I had called the central booking number for the hotel to check their rates - they quoted me more than $50 more than what I booked for on BringFido, and couldn't match the rate! I will definitely use BringFido again to book when traveling with my pooch.

Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
