  Dirty bathroom, undrinkable water

  There were stains on the toilet, hair in the shower, and a cover for a razor also in the shower. The AC unit was loud and ineffective. The water was gray but no one at the front desk warned about it. I only found out that I shouldn't drink it when I called down to report the water.

  Comfortable and Easy

  Dog-friendly employees, they make sure all the dogs are on the first floor by the side exit which is great. Poo bags and garbage available. Had an issue with the loud sound coming out of the heater but that’s specific to that room and not a reason to knock the hotel. Aloft continues to be my preferred stay for travel with my dogs.

  Great stay

  A fun place for dog and human for the night. Lots of places to walk and different things to introduce to Fido. You can even have a drink in the bar together. Perfect location for people and your dog!

  Modern & Comfortable

  The hotel itself is modern & clean. We waited over 10 minutes for someone at reception when we arrived, and the bartender tried to find the receptionist but could not. We were extremely tired from a long road trip and my dog was ready to get out of the car. Staff was nice & helpful after that. The room itself was comfortable. The floor was dirty (I was wiping up some sand that came out of my shoe and the towel was brown with dirt) but maybe that's how it is with dog-friendly rooms.

  Bed was comfortable. There wasn't anything special for the dog like a water bowl or treats, but she made herself at home. A listing of TV channels would have been good because there was no "menu" option on the remote control, and like a door mat or dog towel for the floor would have been appropriate for a dog friendly room.

  You have to ask the bartender for ice, no breakfast offered whatsoever (only coffee & some basic breakfast items to purchase), and the exterior had lots of dog feces left by pet owners, a dirty diaper, etc. The best thing for us is that there is a huge field across from the hotel with lots of space to walk & potty your dog. Since there are so many dogs staying at this hotel it was nice to have the space not to have to run into other dogs. Also not paying a pet fee is nice nice since my dog is cleaner than most people's children.

  I wish people would pick up after their dogs. If you own a dog, it's your responsibility. There was a small pet relief area outside the hotel with bags & people still didn't pick up after their dogs! Absolutely disgusting, but that's everywhere - not just this hotel!

  Nice hotel but...

  Great room on the first floor close to the door. I paid for the room through BringFido but the hotel also charged me. I’m still trying to get it cleared up. The young man who checked me in might have been new to his job. Regardless, the situation is a pain.

  Good stay

  I was on my way to Arizona. Room large for 2 dogs. Good price for the value. Could've been cleaner in the bathroom. I will return 👍

  Great location and layout!

  Very nice room and layout, modern sleek design and super comfortable beds. Cozy, but still room for the dogs to relax!

  Poorly Designed Rooms

  Rooms are dark with poor lighting and no shelf in shower. No hot breakfast available; only coffee & tea for no charge. Must pay for each cold breakfast item.

  Hotel needs serious attention

  From a dog's perspective, it was okay. We had no issues getting him checked in, and there were areas where he could relieve himself, with poop bags and trash receptacles provided. From our perspective however, I suggest avoiding this place. The employees are obviously unhappy with their situation. Front desk staff were muted in their greetings and did nothing to address issues: broken mirror in room (see attached); no microwave in room as advertised; no ice machines; scant offerings in the cafe. housekeeping missed our room. The room was clean when we arrived, but the pool was a shambles.

  Do not stay here!

  We have stayed at many aloft hotels and always had a great experience. This place was a mess. The room was disgusting-had blood stains on the sheets. We asked for a new room and it was still dirty. Fridge was broken and the shower was filled with white looking mold. Water was white colored. Our dogs were on edge the entire time and could not relax. The front desk worker had her family of 12 there just hanging out in the lobby and running around the halls and the elevator. Our dogs could not relax. We have stayed in several aloft hotels and we probably won’t ever again. This place left us feeling gross.

  A Different Type of Hotel

  Edgy design and a unique room layout typifies Aloft. Rooms have all the amenities expected, except microwave oven. We have stayed at Aloft several times because of the dog-friendly policy. Room conditions this time were below standard. 54 degree room temperature raised to 57 overnight. Thermostat unresponsive. Fortunately the comforters on the beds kept us warm. The shower area needs repairs. We thought that housekeeping had rolled a bath mat by the shower door, but it was soaking wet. Silicone gaskets around pivoting shower door were clearly damaged and door did not close entirely. The room had a large screen TV, but no remote control with which to operate it. We like the Aloft chain and we're disappointed with this visit.

  Great value

  The hotel is very nicely equipped and clean. There are grassy areas around for taking the pups out at night and in the morning. There is a dispenser for bags. Hunter Park with a great dog park is about 12 minutes away. Also great for extended walks.

  Room was clean and great. The night staff was simply terrible. Didn't know the price of any items in the snack bar, sat eating food when we approached the front desk. Couldn't guarantee our car would be safe - another guest told us their car's windshield had been shot with a pellet gun the night before. We asked if there were security cameras on the parking lot and the lazy staff person answered "no - we've asked 'them' to do that" - and then she shrugged. She belongs in the doghouse.

  Don't stay there. The location is in the middle of nowhere and didn't feel safe. Find anywhere else.

  Really nice

  Actually quiet, lots of room, friendly staff, very clean. There’s a huge field right near the hotel to walk your dogs. We did not eat breakfast there so no opinion.

  Disappointed

  I’ve stayed at Aloft brand hotels before, and they were much nicer. The pet portion of this hotel was good- our room was on the first floor, the hallway is locked at each end in case your pet gets loose, big lawn (not fenced). The rest of the hotel was pretty lame; they provide coffee in the morning but no hot water for tea. To get water to heat in the microwave in the lobby, one has to go into the bathroom. Ladies bathroom had no soap. No ice dispensers, you have to ask the desk worker for ice.

  Good Location

  I always stay here on my travels from Missouri to Texas. I love that they welcome my ESA and have a nice spot for dogs to use the restroom. The rooms are clean and no dog odors. Lots of places to eat nearby.

  Exceptionally Clean

  My puppy loved this place. It’s a beautifully designed hotel with renovated rooms. The front desk lady was nice and greeted our baby Rissy with a big smile. I am very particular with scents and the room had a very clean smell. 10/10

  Great location

  3 bones because it was fine for our dog. First floor room near side exit right next to small dog area. Not great for us. Room was no frills to a fault. No microwave, no refrigerator, no phone, no USB ports for charging, no hairdryer. We were told where to look for hair dryer but it wasn't there. Someone must have walked out with it. Front desk (clerk was great btw) provided a new hair dryer but obviously couldn't do anything about the phone which is fine since we had our cell phones and our own chargers. Although tucked away (which we liked) it was very close to just about every store or restaurant you could imagine. That was nice.

  Staff was great. Room was amazing for the humans and comfy for the dogs. Lots of space to set up kennel and tile floors for sloppy drinks of water. The 1st floor room we were in was blocked off from the rest of the hotel so a run away wouldn't happen. The green space out side was large and there were baggies.

  Great Location!

  This hotel was outstanding. Tons of green space for pets, but they also have a designated area that was very clean!!!! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. No regrets!

  Good place to stay

  We did a weekend getaway in Tulsa and stayed here. The staff was nice and accommodating. No issues here. My 150 lb mastiff was comfortable and there was plenty of grass around for him to do his business. We would stay here again.

  Great place

  Really nice staff, nice hotel. The elevator was near my room and is a little loud but it stops getting busy later in the eve. I had a great night’s sleep and nice coffee in the morning. Plenty of grass outside for my pup!

  Good location off main highway. Lots of restaurants around. The hotel room was fine. The grounds were nice and hotel is kind of tucked back in an area off main road. Lots of sidewalk area to walk our dog. The hotel grounds were covered in dog poop. It was literally everywhere. There was one doggie station with no bags. And yes people should absolutely clean up after their pets, but if you advertise as dog friendly then have doggie bags located around property and have someone clean it up once in awhile.

  The cleanest pet-friendly hotel I've ever experienced. No pet fee. Very comfortable bed. Nice walk-in shower. Large TV. Friendly staff. Will look for Aloft hotels in the future.

  I made the reservation for the Downtown Aloft, but it wound up at the one on 71st Street. It was a nice hotel, but I have to drive quite a bit longer to get there. The receptionist at the downtown Aloft said that this happens a lot.

  Very Quiet

  TV was not working and the nice lady from front desk could not get it to work. I know you are pet friendly but it smelled and the toilet was dirty. The good thing it was not loud.

  My family and I had to stop for the night with our two dogs. I was not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was. The girl at the front desk was very nice and the room was very clean. I definitely would stay again if needed.

  Quiet and Clean

  Alofts are always a good bet - this one was really nice with clean rooms (if a little strangely laid out) and easy check in and out. Only complaint is that most of the amenities are closed due to Covid protocols. They could at least provide a bag breakfast like other places we've stayed do.

  Great stay

  The room was really spacious. contemporary theme and plenty of room. The only thing was the poop bag on the side of the hotel was empty. Dog feces abundant on the side. I always carry my own dog bags, but it would help if there were some available for those who left them in the room etc.

  Lovely pet friendly rooms; easy access and a pet station on property. Staff was amazing too. They were remodeling while we were there so things were in a little disarray but a lovely stay. Rooms were awesome!

  Great Stay!

  Came here because of this app and so glad we found it! The first floor room was great, a super short walk out to the side to let out my pup. Super cute decor, wonderful breakfast to order (it’s priced great, don’t even bother getting breakfast on the road), great dinner (fresh salad priced great) clean rooms friendly staff.
