Description
Gettysburg / Battlefield KOA is located very close to the historic battlefield, and bus tours depart from the campground daily (in season). You can actually explore the battlefield on foot with Fido, and visit sites such as Little Round Top, Devil's Den and Pickett's Charge. Back at the campground, weekend entertainment includes living history encampments, Civil War songs and stories, Civil War fashion shows, ghost walks, wine tastings and pancake breakfasts. But any day of the week, you can enjoy their heated swimming pool, nature trail, bike rentals, shuffleboard, horseshoes, life-size games and mini golf. The campground has 50 amp service available, and can accommodate rigs up to 85 feet.
