    Dogs Not Allowed outside campground

We drove 44 miles today to Alexander Springs and using the information provided took our dog. Upon arriving there are signs posted that pets are not allowed in day-use area. There are no hiking trails in the park to take dogs on either. The only place a dog is allowed is in the campground and can't be left unattended.

Pets are not allowed in the day recreation area. No dogs allowed. In the area where the swimming area of the spring is. This is where the bath house and all the public picnic tables are at. They may allow dogs at the camping/trail area. Call ahead to confirm.
