Dogs are allowed at New Bern KOA, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle. There is a $5 per day per pet fee for cabins or deluxe cabins.     Camping Dogs

    We got a milk bone and poop bag at check-in. There are several poop bag stations and trash cans throughout the park. A small off-leash yard and dog wash area are available. Access to the water - if you have a swimmer (not an officer off-leash area but no signs saying you can't!)
