Dogs are allowed at New Bern KOA, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle. There is a $5 per day per pet fee for cabins or deluxe cabins. Dogs are only allowed in the cabins and RV sites and should not be left unattended. Pets are not allowed in tents. For more information on pet restrictions, please call 800-562-3341.

    Camping Dogs

    We got a milk bone and poop bag at check-in. There are several poop bag stations and trash cans throughout the park. A small off-leash yard and dog wash area are available. Access to the water - if you have a swimmer (not an officer off-leash area but no signs saying you can't!)
