Coolwater Campground is surrounded by the beautiful Manistee National Forest. They are located on the scenic Pine River, one of the Michigan;s premier canoe rivers and a Blue Ribbon Trout Stream. Coolwater offers a rustic atmosphere combined with modern amenities. They have rustic sites, electric sites, and electric and water sites. They also offer modern restrooms, hot showers, a playground, laundry facilities, camping cabins, trailer and pop-up rentals, fishing ponds, and an overnight canoe landing along the Pine River.
