Description
The 155-acre Gakona Alaska RV Park is located at mile 132 of Richardson Hwy. 3 miles north of Gakona junction is a fisherman's paradise, and is in the hub of Alaska's most popular vacation area. You'll enjoy fishing on their 750 feet of Gulkana River shoreline, as well as viewing the variety of spectacular wildlife. The Gulkana River system is the spawning grounds for the Copper River King and Sockeye Salmon. Aside from excellent fishing, the area abounds with wildlife and breathtaking scenery. A variety of amenities including restaurants, gas stations and laundromats are located nearby.
