    A Deplorable Experience

I would rather give a negative rating if it were possible. Our 10-day stay at Yosemite Pines RV Park was a veritable nightmare from start to finish. From the moment of our arrival, we were greeted with an air of dismissiveness from the staff that was only outmatched by their total lack of professionalism. The entire team, including their manager seemed utterly disinterested in offering even a semblance of decent customer service.

During our stay, the entire campground lost power amidst triple-digit heat, an event which forced us to leave early for safety and comfort reasons. When approached for a partial refund, the staff proved unaccommodating, flippantly disregarding our dire situation. The promise of a "follow-up with corporate" has proven to be an empty one, as we never received any communication afterwards.

We experienced yet another frustration when their on-site washing machines ruined over $200 worth of my fiance's clothing. Not only did we receive no consideration for the cost of the damaged clothing, but we also didn't even get refunded for the cost of using the malfunctioning machines.

After being forced to leave prematurely due to the unbearable heat and lack of power, a package that was delivered to us at the RV Park was held hostage by the manager. She outrageously demanded a $50 Venmo payment plus postage for her to mail it out to us, a display of rudeness and unprofessionalism that I found hard to believe.

Overall, Yosemite Pines RV Park lacks any semblance of basic human compassion or hospitality. Their staff looks down upon guests, who pay exorbitant amounts of money to stay at their poorly-maintained and malfunctioning RV Park. I urge anyone considering a stay here to think twice. This is not a place where you will be valued or respected as a paying guest. The experience we had was wholly unacceptable, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

    Ehhh

You can’t leave your dogs unattended in your rv, dogs can’t be outside past dark, and if they get any complaints they can tell you to leave without a refund. Our dogs found some toilet paper on our site to chew on which appeared to have human feces on them... was over priced and far from Yosemite, not many dog trails in Yosemite so since we couldn’t leave the dogs we were very limited. Next time we come to Yosemite we won’t be staying here.
