    Located just 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and only two blocks away from the 16,000-acre South Mountain Park with 58 miles of mountain biking (free use of my mountain bikes included), hiking and horseback trails this home feels away from it all. There are 5 golf courses within 10 miles varying in price, value and challenge. The home is located on a nearly half-acre fenced lot with lots of room for your well-behaved pets to run. The master bath features a jetted tub. The split floor plan features a great room separating the two guest bedrooms and the master suite. The stocked kitchen has all the amenities you could want including a convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The kitchen is stocked with all of your routine spices. The condiments are found in the refrigerator. Just bring your clothes! Sound good?
