Our beautiful, three bedroom, two bathroom condo is ideally located at the junction of the 101 and 202 Freeways (Tempe and Mesa border) and 2 miles from the junction of the 101 and 60 Freeways. This convenient location is just ten minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. There are two new outdoor malls within a short distance-Tempe Marketplace is one mile and Mesa Riverview is two miles- that feature state-of-the-art shopping and dining experiences. Arizona State University is five minutes away (featuring world famous Mill Avenue, college football [site of Insight Bowl], Gammage Auditorium, restaurants, performing arts, museums, and shopping). Our condo is also five minutes from Scottsdale (including the renowned Fifth Avenue Shops, Fashion Square Mall, and several casual and fine dining restaurants), and five minutes from Chandler (including Chandler Fashion Square with upscale shopping and restaurants).
