Description
Our traditional old island home, recently given Historic Designation, is just 120 yards from the wide, sandy beach on the ocean and only 20 minutes from old Charleston. Sullivan's island is just across the Inland Waterway with lush, semi-tropical terrain, historic Ft. Moultrie, a lively, varied restaurant area, public tennis courts and an old-time playground with grandstand gazebo. Go crabbing, fishing, kayaking, water-skiing, canoeing, windsurfing and sailing in the ocean or the inlets and creeks leading to the waterway. Explore other islands by bicycle, car, kayak or boat. Just across the beautiful tropical path down to the wide beach on the Atlantic Ocean, the house's upper level has private entrances, four bedrooms (one King, two with double beds, one with twin beds), two baths, an outdoor shower and comfortably accommodates eight.
