    This bright and cheerful 3 bedroom duplex beach house lies on a quiet dead end street only steps away from our small bay beach. Sit outside on the deck or sit inside and you have views of the bay with the best sunset you will ever see! Enjoy the peacefulness of the bay, while fishing, swimming, boating, windsurfing, or jet skiing. The bay is walk-in, very shallow and slowly gets waist deep (easy to put in your own kayak or windsail). Moor your boat there as well. We have a basketball hoop for all the basketball enthusiasts along with a few bikes to keep you on the go. This is the 1st and 2nd floors of a duplex. It is clean, freshly painted, with new carpet & new full bath on both floors, with all the necessities of home. There is plenty of off street parking to make your stay hassle free. You will not be disappointed. The home is located a few blocks from the Acme, shopping and restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to Fantasy Island and Water Park. Each unit sleeps 8 people. Beach Badges are included with rental. Sound good?
