Description
Our Lake Havasu Beauty has a large swimming pool, and two oversized master suites with connected full baths. This home has offers 1,500 square feet of living space, and has a split floor plan for privacy. In the spacious living room there is a queen-size sofa bed for expanded occupancy. The home sleeps six to eight people, and comes fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as bed and bath linens. There is plenty of seating space in the dining room area and at the breakfast bar. In the spacious living room there is an entertainment center with a TV, satellite cable, local cable access, and a local access telephone. Additional amenities include a radio and alarm clocks. There is a large covered patio area with outdoor seating for up to eight people. And there is a propane barbecue for guests' use. There is ample RV/boat parking on the property; and there's plenty of guest parking area available -- both off and on the street.
