This large comfortable luxury waterfront vacation home is located in a residential neighborhood in beautiful Southeast Cape Coral This fabulous paradise is convenient to beaches, boating, shopping, restaurants, and minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. This villa is located 30 minutes from the Southwest Florida airport (RSW) and across the river from Fort Myers, only minutes away from magnificent Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Fort Myers Beach, and the artist colony at Matlacha. Nearby tourist attractions include the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring training facilities in Fort Myers, and the Sun Splash water park in Cape Coral. Florida's famous Disney world and Sea World can be reached within 3 hours via Interstates 75 and 4. Close-by shopping conveniences feature a Publix grocery store featuring foods for every taste, Wal-Mart Supercenter, and many restaurants.
