    2,850 square feet under air conditioning. Large, heated pool surrounded by beautiful native shrubs and planters with outside dining area, sitting areas, and grill. Outdoor entry courtyard with water fountain greets you and your visitors. Gorgeous outdoor sitting area in front of house with natural gazebo. Great room with wood fireplace is perfect for romantic evenings or relaxing with the children. The master suite includes chairs and an office area with 2 desks, and direct access to the pool area. The master bath is beautifully decorated with hand painted porcelain vessel sinks, marble, granite, and separate 2 person Jacuzzi tub and shower with glass enclosure. The common full bath contains two sinks. A formal dining room provides seating for eight and can be opened to provide fresh air from the outdoor courtyard. The kitchen is stocked with new state of the art appliances and granite countertops and full back splashes. Sound good?
