    Description

    This large lakefront home is great for a large family or group. The home is situated on 4 wooded acres on northwest edge of Lake Broward. It has a nice dock with screened porch with clear view of swimming area from home. The lake is great for fishing and boating. There is a private boat ramp and ample parking. Guests enjoy sunrise views and shaded sunsets. One side of home has 3 bedrooms (2 queen,1 double) with 1. 5 baths. Center has living room with fireplace and full kitchen. Other side has large studio suite (queen) with a full bath (Jacuzzi tub),2nd full kitchen, dining area, and best views. There is a large air conditioned porch with dining area along rear of home overlooking lake, a screened porch nestled between the two dining areas, four satellite TVs, and a telescope. With several sofas that are wide and comfortable for child sleeping, the home can sleep 10 - 12 easily. Sound good?
