    This is a beautiful ocean block property,3rd house from the ocean front, with easy beach access. Large home accommodated large family of extended family and friends. 4 levels, with basement, garage, laundry room, outside shower, inside full bath for those return trips from the beach. The first floor has both front and back porches with a nice kitchen, dinning room, living room, sitting room and 1/2 bath. The second floor has a master bedroom, with a small bedroom off the master. There are two additional bedrooms (total of 4) that are nice size with bunk beds and queen size beds. There is a large second story porch, with beautiful views of the Ocean and the Bay. Wonderful for evening relaxation in the cool ocean breeze. The third floor is an open cape loft, with a full bathroom, two large closets, a queen size bed on one side and two twin size beds on the other. Sound good?
