The front deck features a retractable awning which extends over the patio set, providing shelter from the sun for comfortable outdoor relaxation. The living area consists of a large open space with vaulted cathedral ceilings where the dining area and living room are combined into one big room. The kitchen opens up to the living area divided by a counter top accompanied by stools where family members can sit and eat or chat with people in the kitchen.

The brand new kitchen opens up to the living area divided by a counter top accompanied by stools where family members can sit and eat, or chat with with people in the kitchen. Three newly renovated main floor bedrooms; master bedroom with New master bathroom. * Central Air Conditioning * High-speed Internet* Three flat screen TVs. Recently finished basement with Pool Table and Full Bath. Walk to Ocean. *Swimming Pool, Tennis, and Golf are available at Montauk Downs State Park. Horseback riding, biking, fishing, and water sports are all available in the area.
