Description
This is a 840 square foot second-level guest apartment that has been recently completed. The property is located on Silver Lake with 65' of private frontage. The beach is sandy with shallow waters the first 20' out, making it an ideal swimming spot. There is also a fire pit with plenty of wood, a row boat, paddle boat, kayaks, picnic table, swim raft, and a dock on the beach for your boat. There is a pontoon available for an additional fee. This guest apartment has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, one bedroom, one bathroom, and one of the best views Silver Lake has to offer.
