One of our most popular homes, this modern 3 level townhouse is part of the coveted Crawford Ridge development, one of the newest and most upscale in the Bretton Woods area. Enjoy the convenience of hitting the slopes without having to drive and then warm up by one of the fireplaces! Add in the views of the majestic Mt. Washington and you will see why this mountain retreat is one of the most requested rentals in our program! 2 separate living room areas for greater flexibility and entertainment options. Air Conditioning to ensure comfort in the summer months! A modern propane grill, washer/dryer, reliable Wifi and a fantastic location close to hundreds of attractions make it a perfect place for longer stays as well - and to entice you, our rates get lower the longer you stay!
The main level features an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, accented by a gorgeous stone fireplace that spans the entire length of the vaulted ceiling and the gorgeous mountain views. TVs have access to cable plus Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu and Disney+. On the same level, you will also find the cozy primary bedroom, with a rustic feel and modern electric fireplace for added ambience, plus ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, with King bed and Queen bed respectively and a shared full bathroom. On the lower level, you will find a second living room with wood burning fireplace, 2 bedrooms, and another shared bathroom. An airbed is also available for guest use - a luxury, extra tall queen sized air mattress adds to the sleeping options for larger groups.
In the heart of the White Mountains, just above the base area of Bretton Woods along the "Carroll" ski trail, this home is centrally located - just a minute from the fabled Mount Washington Hotel, and within walking distance of swimming, hiking, mountain biking, ziplining, and much much more! Guest Bedroom #3: Located on the lower level and features 2 twin beds and a full/twin bunk bed combination. Sleeps 5.

Bathroom #1: Private master bathroom with separate tub, shower and granite countertops.
Bathroom #2: Half bath located on the main level.

Outdoor Space: Located slopeside so you can ski-in and ski-out without driving or a shuttle. Walkout decks located off the lower level and master bedroom. Grill located on the front porch.

*Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. The overflow parking for this unit is a 4 minute walk from the house. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. We appreciate your understanding and your help, so that we can continue offering these amazing lodging options and ensure everyone has a enjoyable experience!
-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
