Description
Absolutely stunning lakefront home is now available after a year's worth of renovations. It sits on 300 feet of shoreline on Miles Kale Lake in northeast Marion County (between Ocala & Gainesville). The nearby community is Orange Springs, FL,32182. The Great Room of the house, built in 1949, sports beautiful tongue and groove wood paneling and a beamed ceiling. The new addition includes a fantastic dine-in kitchen, a large laundry/pantry, a new full bath, and a fabulous screened porch overlooking the lake. Large Pella picture windows allow viewing the lake while cooking, dining, and relaxing. The home is near the Ocala National Forest, numerous springs, the Ocklawaha River, and the charming towns of McIntosh and Micanopy. The dock is great for fishing and swimming. Miles Kale Lake is about 50 acres. This is not a cabin. It is a full service home in a tranquil rural setting.
